Admin Guidelines
Welcome Admin Team!
Below we list some pointers to help keep the rooms running smoothly. All admins are encouraged to represent both rooms in a proper fashion and treat everyone with appropriate respect. We hope admins will enjoy participating in our rooms, and in turn choose TDTM as their Paltalk homes.
Anyone showing disrespect or not representing our rooms well, will have their admin hat reconsidered.
Dot Policy:
*In extreme cases Admins may dot to protect roomies. Once a dot has been placed, please use admin whispers to notify a Super, or post a message in the Viber lounge.
*Dots should only be removed ideally by the person who dotted, or by a Super Admin. Please use admin whispers in each room, or the Viber lounge to ask about dots on roomies. PLEASE refer to your fellow Admins and not take the word of the roomie that is dotted, with regard to the length of the dot, etc etc!
*Admins may dot for poor sound quality, but ADMINS SHOULD NOT BOUNCE. If a bounce is required contact a Super Admin.
*Communication about dots is key!
TDTM Mic is for entertainment purposes only. PLEASE avoid admining from the mic. We have plenty of Supers and Admins, in the room that can take care and handle unruly visitors. Any concerns- PLEASE use admin whispers.
1. Have Fun!! Try to encourage all chatters to have fun. This is an adult rated room so expect some banter of a sexual nature.
2. Allow people to be as they are with no restrictions if someone is bothering you please use the block and ignore feature. Also encourage others to use it if necessary.
3. A bounce applies to under 18 profiles. We DO NOT police whispers or PM boxes.
4. Please familiarize yourself with each website category. Encourage others to utilize the website for guidelines, event schedules, sound assistance, etc.

Suggestions and recommendations are always welcomed! If you have an idea about an event, or a potential Admin candidate, please let us know!
Dj Guidelines
1 .Please be ready to spin as soon as prior spinner drops the mic IF YOU ARE NOT READY WHEN YOUR TURN,YOUR HAND WILL BE DROPPED AND YOU MUST RE-HAND AND GO TO THE END OF THE LINE. NO EXCEPTIONS......
You can be whoever you want to be, but the key is to be energetic and entertaining
2. Work the cams:
Point out all the Ladies on cam and/or guys and be polite with your comments.
3. Always be Positive:
Compliment Everyone...Never tear them down. Play upbeat cheerful tunes...Positive Tunes brings Positive Reactions.
4. Welcome in roomies:
Always greet in people entering the room...You'll never be able to greet them all, but greet a few.
5. Read the Room: Create a character. and engage the room
Pay attention to what the roomies are saying and react and/or respond, so those that are typing in room text are acknowledged as well.
6. Acknowledge Hot Cams:
Point out the hot cams Ladies or Men and Focus of them especially if their getting naked
7. Relax and Have Fun.
This is your time to Shine on the Microphone Device, ( Mic ) so make it the best and as fun as you can. Tdtm Mic is for entertainment purposes only... Never should we admin from the mic.. We have plenty of supers in the room that can take care of unruly visitors
